Abstract The aim of this chapter is to provide a summary of the key findings of this research. This will be grouped around three main topics: (i) theoretical contributions; (ii) contributions derived from the empirical study; and (iii) recommendations for managerial practices that will allow firms to achieve more efficient knowledge management.
