Hurrah for Managerialism

Adrian Furnham

A chapter in Management Intelligence, 2008, pp 110-112 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract There is a new “ism” around. And like most isms it has a rather negative connotation, though the ideas have been around for ages. It’s called managerialism. It is said with a sneer, mainly by those who have always been against the very notion of management.
