Blame it on the Boss

Adrian Furnham

A chapter in Management Intelligence, 2008, pp 43-45 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Perhaps it should be viewed as an excellent homage to market forces. No wonder the selection interview is such a smoke-and-mirrors affair.
