Chapter 4 in Change in SMEs, 2008, pp 58-76 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter we will analyse corporate financing, management and organization of small- and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) from a comparative angle. Our comparison of German companies with their British counterparts proves to be quite important, as this method helps one to better understand the direction and depth of the current changes in Germany and, what is more, to put these into a broader international perspective.
