Abstract:
Abstract Some of my best friends work in advertising agencies. Since this chapter is so unkind to advertising agencies I tell them to skip this chapter. This way I can keep my friends. If you work for an ad agency, you too can skip this chapter. You already know what’s in it anyway. Everybody else, please pay close attention. Managing your advertising agency is an important issue. Advertising is your mouth. I’m not sure companies should outsource their mouth, but they do.
