Chapter Chapter 2 in Leadership teams, 2009, pp 12-47 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract What makes an effective manager? While effective managers differ widely in their personalities, strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs, they all have one thing in common: they get the right things done. Effectiveness does not, however, spring only from extraordinary talent. Effectiveness is a discipline, and like every discipline it can be learnt.
