A chapter in People Management in Turbulent Times, 2009, pp 112-114 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract We are naked apes and social animals. We mark out and defend our territories. Note how unnatural “hot bunking” feels, i.e. sharing the same desk or work space. And note the pathetic way in which people try to personalize and control their Dilbert-like cubicles.
