Change Tools

Chapter Chapter 11 in Global Energy Transformation, 2009, pp 135-143 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Many things need to be included in the toolbox that has to be available to the participants of the change program. The need for tools ranges from overall principles for how a strategy for change at different levels is to be developed, over a theoretical framework for how individuals and organizations learn to adapt to new situations, to more specifi c tools that can be used in this adaptation process. In this chapter, we will discuss a number of tools and also discuss how they can be used in order to facilitate change in the energy transition program.
