Chapter Chapter 5 in Boardroom Secrets, 2009, pp 75-86 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In order for the board of directors of a corporation to be effective, balanced information regarding the corporation must be shared with all the members systematically and in a timely manner. Balance refers not only to the different dimensions of information, but also to its detail. Relevance and context are two key elements for board information.
