Aftermath: Final Thoughts on Workplace Bullying

Aryanne Oade

Chapter Chapter 10 in Managing Workplace Bullying, 2009, pp 157-161 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Workplace bullying affects thousands and thousands of you each year. It is on the increase and, sadly, more and more people witness it, are subject to it and are affected by it in workplaces everywhere. However, without in anyway wishing to reduce an experience of workplace bullying, it is possible to recover from the punishing effects of bullying behavior and find enjoyment and satisfaction at work.
