Terry McKinley
A chapter in Economic Alternatives for Growth, Employment and Poverty Reduction, 2009, pp 1-12 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This introduction summarizes the contributions of the 13 papers contained in this book. All of the papers have been published by the International Poverty Centre (IPC) in Brasilia, which is a partnership between the United Nations Development Programme and the Ministry of Strategic Affairs of the Brazilian Government. As the title of this book suggests, the papers are focused on formulating a progressive framework of alternative economic policies that could help developing countries achieve growth, employment and poverty reduction.
