Abstract:
Abstract The HIV/AIDS epidemic is a rapidly unfolding human development tragedy that demands an urgent, scaled up global response. Yet ill-founded qualms about upsetting macroeconomic stability stand in the way of dramatically increasing Official Development Assistance (ODA) to tackle the epidemic.
