Spirituality in the Workplace
Bernard Moss
Chapter 11 in Promoting Workplace Well-Being, 2009, pp 141-153 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter explores ways in which that ‘empty rhetoric’ could instead become a vibrant reality, whereby everyone in the organization could really feel that they are cherished, have a key role to play, and feel that they have a measure of ownership in the organization’s success as well as some responsibility for its overall well-being when the going gets tough.
