Abstract: Abstract The crew on the windjammer needs a plan in order to be able to achieve the vision they are aiming for through practical action. The plan must include goals, projects, processes and systems, together with guidelines for their daily work. In the analogy of the captain, we associated the violet color of the appropriate glasses with the color of bruises, which are more or less inevitable when working on a ship.
