Chapter Chapter 4 in Executive Development Journeys, 2010, pp 17-21 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the design of a customized intervention, content is but one of the crucial elements. Arguably it is a necessary but not sufficient factor to achieve the objectives of an intervention. Yet this is often where the thinking starts. The content defines the subject-matter experts, the faculty, be they academics, experts or consultants whose practice in the subject area affords them the relevant expertise.
