Abstract:
Abstract Today, much discourse on governance fails to take into account the role of corporations in the construction of social models, nor does it emphasize their potential (or indeed existing) participation in strategies of public regulation. Nevertheless, this question is at the very heart of the Institute for Research and Debate on Governance’s (IRG’s) reflection, notably within its ‘International Initiative for Rethinking the Economy’ (IRE).1
