Chapter 1 in Determinants of Innovative Behaviour, 2008, pp 1-10 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This book is the result of a workshop on innovation systems at Delft University of Technology in October 2006. All chapters in this volume were presented and discussed at the workshop. After the workshop all chapters were critically judged in an additional anonymous review procedure. The main aim of the workshop was to provide an overview of the growing body of knowledge on innovation systems and their influence on the performance of firms. This book presents a multidisciplinary overview of research in the area of innovation with contributions from economics, management, marketing and psychology.
