Abstract:
Abstract Much thought has been given to modifying the strict character of orthodox IMF approaches to stabilization and orthodox Bank approaches to adjustment. In view of the considerable uncertainity and lack of knowledge about acceptable sustainable stabilization/adjustment policies, there is a good case for considering alternative approaches. These are briefly mentioned and listed here:
