Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents the approach and methodology used in conducting the research for this book. It includes an outline of the research philosophy adopted together with a justification of why the case study approach is appropriate for research of this nature. Finally, it presents some background information on the case studies that are presented in Chapters 5, 6 and 7.
