Abstract: Abstract This section discusses findings from the three case studies and situates the findings in the literature. In the first section the discussion focuses on issues relating to the use of IT as reviewed in Chapter 2. In the second section the discussion focuses on issues relating to the knowledge management literature as reviewed in Chapter 3. Finally, a summary of the key points of this chapter is presented.
