Abstract: Abstract Charles Handy — often referred to as Europe’s philosopher of management — anticipated ‘the Triple I’ organisation in the previous century: Information, Intelligence and Ideas. And Handy explains: ‘The wise organization knows that their smart people are defined as individuals, as specialists, as professionals or executives, or as leader. Unavoidably, the organization needs to be obsessed with learning’. And in this context, perhaps we need to define IQ as ‘innovation quotient’.
