Abstract:
Abstract Knowledge-sharing is key for innovation and creativity. But innovation cannot be dictated or ‘managed’: all one can do is create a context where innovation is more likely to occur. In their book The Global Challenge: International HRM, authors Evans, Pucik and Barsoux discuss how to create such a context. Their approach contains the following building blocks:
