Abstract: Abstract The attainment of good corporate governance in a state-owned enterprise is an ongoing challenge. Governance requires constant attention, with the organisation’s leadership establishing a strong foundation and continually building on that foundation by looking ahead and understanding the challenges that still need to be overcome.
