Abstract:
Abstract The Superpromoter is all about the influence of enthusiasm and enthusiasts. I mean the type of enthusiasm that produces word-of-mouth behavior; the enthusiasm that is infectious on first contact. Although enthusiasts are the people who spread it around, we will be training our sights on one particular breed of enthusiast: the superpromoter. We’ve created a definition of a superpromoter and this chapter will provide descriptions of the various guises in which you may encounter them.
