Abstract:
Abstract Having now met and spent some time getting to know our superpromoter, we’ve had a chance to learn a bit more about their role in the evolution of customer orientation. Time to take a look in this chapter at the toolbox we’ll need to work with superpromoters. We will in particular be focusing on the measurement criteria (the metrics) required to identify superpromoters and to keep track of them.
