Abstract: Abstract Now let’s get to work: we’ve got to know our superpromoters fairly well, and have seen what their role is in the evolution of our thinking about customer orientation. The thing that makes it all really interesting, after all, is getting down to work with your own superpromoters. That’s when it becomes clear how much energy and inspiration a superpromoter has to offer. It can be a significant competitive advantage to businesses if they understand their superpromoters well and know how to find creative ways of working model, both for getting to know your superpromoters, and assisting them to exercise influence on their social environment.
