Abstract: Abstract In this final chapter, we look at the skills, characteristics and competences an ethical leader is likely to need in the future. We also discuss the particular ethical challenge of leading in a global and an increasingly knowledge-based world. Finally, we reflect on future directions in leadership ethics.
