Chapter 4 in Perspectives on Rules of Origin, 2011, pp 115-138 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Having dealt with the merits and demerits of ROO, in this chapter we document and analyse in a comparative framework, wherever possible, ROO as practised in different RTAs, both reciprocal and unilateral. This chapter also highlights illustratively some sectoral approaches to ROO in various RTAs.
