Moments of anger
Peter Shaw
Chapter 9 in Defining Moments, 2010, pp 80-88 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Moments of anger can be creative or destructive. Sometimes, when we are moved by moments of righteous anger, we crystallize our views on a particular issue and become more purposeful. On other occasions, when our anger is indignation, it can be disruptive to ourselves and others and can take a long time to rebuild. Handling moments of anger well is about observing yourself, dealing with irritation, managing resentment and being conscious of how you respond when people let you down.
