Abstract: Abstract Our lives are full of learning moments; some we dismiss, some we are unaware of, and others we treasure. In our childhood there were learning moments every day. In adulthood the number of learning moments might diminish to a trickle. But there are times when we are taken aback by our own learning, which might be learning about ourselves, from others, from individual projects, about what we do best or from our own career. Keeping up the flow of learning moments can help us stay fresh. As soon as we stop learning our horizons can close in on us, our confidence can diminish, and our attitudes become much more small-minded.
