Chapter Chapter 6 in The Female Leadership Paradox, 2011, pp 49-59 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Organizational or corporate culture relates to the way we work, the way we interact with each other, and the way we get things done in an organization. Our professional success largely depends on our ability to understand different organizational cultures and to apply methods to operate effectively within their parameters. If you are missing the ability or ambition to adjust to a specific culture, your results may lag behind and you may start to feel undervalued and underappreciated as a consequence.
