Abstract: Abstract March 19 — Macondo Prospect lease purchased by a consortium of BP (65%), Anadarko Petroleum (25%), and Mitsui Oil Exploration (10%). This lease sale included 614 other prospect leases, of which 34.5% were at the depth of the Macondo Prospect or deeper.1
