Abstract: Abstract The research reported here is the first multi-country study to examine the dynamics of men and women working together in higher education senior management teams. It provides a comparative analysis of gender, power and university management across eight countries: Australia (AUS), Ireland (IRE), New Zealand (NZ), Portugal (PT), South Africa (SA), Sweden (SWE), Turkey (TR), and the United Kingdom (UK).
