Abstract:
Abstract It is easy to be skeptical — indeed, cynical — about executive coaches. The sacked, sour and screwed-up executive one day: the executive coach the next. But this is clearly more than a fad or fashion that disappears by the end of the fiscal year. It is a massive growth industry, even if supply seems to have exceeded demand.
