Chapter 42 in Managing People in a Downturn, 2011, pp 125-127 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Personality researchers have identified a dimension of personality called agreeableness. Agreeable people are forgiving, trusting and straightforward. They are also generous, tolerant, altruistic and warm-hearted. Modest and tender-minded, they also make loyal friends and good neighbors. To be labeled “an agreeable sort of person” is a compliment.
