Abstract:
Abstract This chapter investigates whether employee perceptions of the level of corporate social responsibility in organisations are influenced by the presence of Corporate Psychopaths. The chapter presents quantitative empirical research into the influence of Corporate Psychopaths on four perceptual measures of corporate social responsibility and three further measures of organisational commitment to employees.
