Dona Roche-Tarry and Dale Roche-Lebrec

Chapter 10 in What’s Next?, 2011, pp 124-138 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract “Vocational” careers (doctors, psychologists, nurses, teachers, researchers) as well as professionals in private practice (lawyers, architects, freelance professionals) may also wish to remain closely connected to their primary career after transitioning out. Their career patterns will affect this, leaving them with different choices and other motivations, illustrated by Lise Small, a psychoanalyst and Didier Marchal a research scientist and MD.
