Abstract As we have said, all of our interviewees are professionals and many of them are from the top earning brackets of this generation. In Asia, the women managers we spoke with are truly exceptional statistically. Does this mean that this alternative “road” is limited to only the wealthiest, to the exceptions, and how will the recent economic crisis affect the Baby Boomer’s process toward retirement?
