Chapter 4 in What’s Next?, 2011, pp 55-62 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The shift in the road to retirement and the working paradigm which will be quiet but significant, and the negative image of the Baby Boomers as the greediest generation are discussed. Are they really greedy? A blueprint for this multiple lifestyle is presented illustrated by the interview with Hank McKinnel, former CEO of Pfizer, and his “smorgasbord of activities,” including a business connection, giving back, family, and his passions to show how he has organized this.
