Chapter 8 in Ethics in Investment Banking, 2011, pp 126-143 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Investment banks face a series of ethical issues relating to their own businesses, focused on managing resources and employees. These include abusing company funds, discrimination, accepting or providing undue hospitality and poor management behaviour. In addition, there can be ethical issues surrounding levels of remuneration, notably where an investment bank is funded by a Government.
