Lessons on Profiting from Diversity
Gloria Moss
Chapter 1 in Lessons on Profiting from Diversity, 2012, pp 1-18 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This is the second title examining the benefits to be derived from organisational diversity, with the first one, Profiting from Diversity, having been published in 2010. The first book focused on the advantages diversity can offer organisations as well as the considerable obstacles to progress, while this volume continues the discussion, focusing on how organisations can best capture these benefits. The latter continues with a discussion of the advantages that diversity can provide organisations. Understanding difference is very much at the heart of this.
