Chapter Chapter 20 in Doing the Right Thing, 2012, pp 163-168 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract There is a lot to take in, but don’t despair, this isn’t boot camp for happiness. You do not have to make wholesale changes to your attitudes or behaviour, either in work or out, not overnight. All the evidence shows us that small changes, sustained over time become part of our routine and once embedded, they stick.
