Abstract:
Abstract We have looked at a number of common issues in the workplace, but the emphasis on them can differ according to whether they are applied in the public or private sector. So, we propose to compare and contrast how opposing organisational cultures attract different kinds of people to work within them, and to consider the differing stressors which might apply in each category.
