Chapter Chapter 1 in Shut Up and Listen, 2012, pp 3-26 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract We begin with some fundamental principles which underpin communication. We have called them ‘revelations’, not because they have lay undiscovered until now, but due to the fact that ‘raising consciousness’ is one of the running themes of this subject. There are many aspects of business where we instinctively know the right thing to do, and yet problems and issues continue to arise because we fail to follow that instinct.
