Maria Humphries

Chapter 1.29 in Stories to Tell Your Students, 2011, pp 60-62 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Louise was very pleased with her new job at The Bank. It had been some years since she had left the banking industry to raise her children, but her husband had passed away and she needed to provide for the household. It had been difficult to find a job that allowed her to meet the financial needs of her family, consisting of herself and the two little boys she was now raising alone.
