Beyond Change. The Role of Leadership and Strategy

Clive Morton

Chapter 6 in Beyond World Class, 1998, pp 161-193 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In Chapter 1 we looked at how individuals and teams made the learning organization. This theme was then developed into how companies could create knowledge for competitive advantage. To capitalize on knowledge, change must be embraced otherwise the host culture will reject the idea and not create the environment for growth.
