Abstract: Abstract If people are the most important asset of the organisation the practices adopted need to be of value to an organisation in achieving its aims. A particularly important area is that of recruitment and selection. For recruitment and selection to achieve this it needs to: Reflect the culture and values of the organisation. Involve line management. Be good practice.
