The Role of Visualization with Analytical Approaches and Quantitative Methods

Dimitris N. Chorafas

Chapter 15 in Financial Models and Simulation, 1995, pp 322-347 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In Chapter 13 we examined the role of critical ratios. In Chapter 14 we spoke of algorithmic solutions and how they assist in focusing management’s attention on strong and weak points concerning the financial aspects of the business. The role of financial models is to help in evaluating basic operating issues in a relatively objective manner and to compare against industry trends.
