Abstract:
Abstract Whether or not in a conscious manner, management uses an income statement and a budget for the same purpose aeronautical engineers employ physical models and digital simulators of aircraft. The budget predicts the anticipated outcome of a business strategy, and if the projected results are unsatisfactory, management can alter some of the variables and the financial allocation made to them.
