Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is an application of the taxonomy developed in Chapter 4. Its objective is to provide in each of the following four sections a few concrete and historically prominent examples of each of the four theory types previously described. Later on, in 5.5, we make a more up-to-date reference to modern economic literature.
